WANT TO LEARN ABOUT HEAVEN?

If you could not answer YES to that question, here is how you can know for sure heaven will be your home…

• First, you must realize that you are a sinner.  Roman 3:23 says, “for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God”.  Everybody is a sinner, whether it is bad thoughts, attitudes or actions, all of us have sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God.

• Second, you must understand that the wages, or payment for your sin, is death.  Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages of sin is death…”.  Ezekiel 18:4 says, “…the soul that sinneth it shall die.  The death the scripture speaks about is not only physical death, but spiritual death, separation from God forever in the lake of fire, the second death.

• But the good news is God loves you!  John 3:16 says, “for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life”.  You and I are sinners. In our sin we are condemned to death and hell but because God loves us He sent His son to die on the cross for us, paying our sin debt.  Romans 5:8 says, “but God commendeth His love toward us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us”.

• Finally, you must believe on the Lord Jesus Christ that He is the Son of God, God in the flesh and that he died on the cross to pay your sin debt and call upon Him to save you.  Acts 16:31 says, “…believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved”.  Romans 10:9 says, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead thou shalt be saved”.  “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved”, saved from their sin and given a home in heaven.

• If you would like to call upon Jesus to save you from your sin and be given a home in heaven, you can pray in faith something like this…“Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner.  I believe that you died on the cross to pay my sin debt.  Please forgive me of my sin and come into my life and save me.  Amen.
